Processing time: the period of time from when you submit your order to when the items leaves the factory. In this period, we may contact you to confirm order details. It usually takes up to 7-9 business days.
Shipping time: the period of time from when the item is shipped by the shipping company to when it arrives at your door. It'll be either 1-2 business days by UPS, or 4-7 business by EMS.

Payment: We accept Paypal, Visa Card, Master Card, Discover Card, American Express, E-Check (if you use E-Check the process will take up to 4 business days due to clearance process), and Western Union (if you want to use Western Union, you can contact us for further information).
Note: All anime pillows ordered from us can be cancelled within 24 hours free of charge, but orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a handling fee equalling 50% of the item price. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
