• Height: Without shoes, very important
• Weight: Very important
• Shoulder width: Measure from shoulder to shoulder
• Chest: Measure the chest around the fullest part of your chest
• Waist: Circle at the smallest point of the waist
• Hip: Circle with tape against the fullest point of hip
• Sleeve Length: The elbow slightly bent, measure from the sleeve head through the external edge of the elbow to the wrist
